    Purpose of Position

    Pantheon's Global Marketing team produces and oversees a wide range of content that supports the external profile and fundraising efforts of the firm, including marketing collateral such as factsheets and pitchbooks that relate to funds and products in market, a regular cadence of email communication campaigns targeting existing and prospective clients globally, and ad hoc pieces ranging from bespoke slide presentations to advertisements, thought leadership such as research papers and articles, press releases and social media posts.

    The Associate, Design will support on the creation and updating of materials used across the business. Specifically, the role holder will be part of a four-person design function within the Global Marketing team that works with colleagues around the firm to create and distribute highly engaging PowerPoint slide presentations, InDesign documents such as reports and editorial-style articles, email templates for use in communication and marketing campaigns, and other ad hoc graphical or visual files and documents as required, such as placed advertisements.

    The individual will work closely with colleagues in design and across Global Marketing, as well as with colleagues in wider teams including Reporting, HR and Product Strategy and Fundraising.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Creation and production of client-facing and other external marketing materials
    • PowerPoint slides and presentations
    • InDesign papers and documents
    • Email templates for client communications
    • Event invitations
    • Product factsheets
    • Advertisements – digital and printed
    • Ad hoc graphical and visual design support as required as across the business, including for internally facing documents
    • Regular slide updates (monthly and quarterly processes) when updated performance figures and other Pantheon data is available
    • Compliance coordination and record-keeping
    • Opportunity to work on other projects such as simple animations and videos

    Knowledge and Experience Required

    • Degree educated (creative arts discipline) or equivalent professional experience
    • Confident graphic designer with demonstrable experience of the below tools/technologies;
    • MS PowerPoint (required)
    • Desirable experience: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
    • Advanced Microsoft packages (PowerPoint, plus Word & Excel)
    • Excellent organisational skills and time management
    • Excellent people skills
    • Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects knowledge would be useful but not a pre-requisite

    This role would suit a recent Graphic Design / Creative Graduate with some professional experience (internship accepted) in a Financial Services / Professional Services organisation.

    The ability to translate numerical data into compelling pitchbooks/factsheets and other media is essential.
