    Description
    Mechanical Design Engineer
    • Building ServicesAre you a Building Services design mechanical focused professional looking to implement your industry knowledge within a close knit singular practice team?Do you desire a position providing the chance to operate on a multitude of projects within ranging sectors and exposure across varying aspects of design stage works?This opportunity is an ideal fit for a Mechanical design professional to form part of a Building Services Consultant who were established at the turn of the millennium.

    The Role
    • Producing detailed drawing, design, calculation of ranging mechanical systems within range of built environment sectors
    • Undertaking inspections and surveys in preparation of design tasks to be conducted on works
    • Ensure all designs are compliant with latest British building standards, regulations
    • Coordinating with internal design professionals and external project professionalsRequirements
    • Possessing further education qualification in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or relevant area
    • Displaying background operating within building services consultant, D&B contractor or relevant industry employer
    • Capable user of software such as AutoCAD, Revit, furtherPackage
    • To £50k per annum 28 days holiday annually
    • On site parking
