Description
Davies Resourcing is looking for a customer-oriented service representative with excellent communication skills.

The customer service representative will be responsible for providing product/services information and resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Provide support on pension contributions, account access and other pension related services.

Skills/Requirements

  • Previous Pensions experience
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively

Key Details
- £160 Per Day, inside IR35 via umbrella

  • Start date
  • February 26th
  • Contract 4 months initially
