Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interpret client specifications and enter them onto the CNC machine
- Setting the machine up and monitor as it operates, to ensure delivery of quality precision made parts
- Optimizing the machining processes in terms of consistent quality and productivity
- Supervise and coordinate activities in the machine shop
- Operating computercontrolled machine to cut, make and manufacture precision parts
- Load and unload material
- Setting up and operate CNC machines
- Assisting in Quality Control
- Stock Control
- Ensuring that operating policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Basic Servicing and maintenance of equipment
- General housekeeping
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience operating CNC Machinery, programming, working with Fanuc controls
- Competent on Fusion
- Experienced with down hole products
- Strong leadership experience in a similar working environment
- Recognized apprenticeship or training program in a technical discipline (preferred)
