- Previously worked at another UK MGA.
- Worked with the online trading platforms SchemeServe.
- Enthusiastic about technology and excited about change.

- Enjoys and be able to clear cases, your experience in underwriting will be across the following products:
- Property Owners (Residential)
- Property Owners (Commercial)
- SME Retail Package
- SME Leisure Package
- SME Office / Surgeries Package
- SME Liability (per capita)
- SME Liability (wages & turnover)
- SME Commercial Combined
- Underwrite existing business within our binding authorities.
- Issue quote certain terms and policies where required
- Clear referrals within underwriting authority
- Use hazard tools for decision making
- Self-manage individual workloads to deliver to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Use the appropriate medium of communication to support in order to maintain successful Internal and External relationships.
- Work with other underwriters on individual cases where support is required.
- Act on individual and team audit results to improve performance for both company and personal development.
- Understand and operate within regulatory framework and identify and escalate any risks to the business.
- Provide insights and experience, be part of an evolving business.
