    Job Description:

    They are in search of an Engineering Manager to lead our Pricing & Billing team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the centralization of our pricing capabilities across our diverse range of products, ensuring a seamless experience for our merchant partners. Operating within a high-volume, low-fault-tolerance environment, meticulous attention to detail, proactive monitoring, and unwavering accountability are essential. You will lead a team of highly skilled engineers, nurturing a culture of innovation and delivering top-tier, scalable solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and mentor a team of software and infrastructure engineers, fostering their professional growth
    • Take ownership of the architecture, solutions, and successful project delivery within the Pricing & Billing domain
    • Uphold standards of pricing accuracy and transparency
    • Cultivate team cohesion and well-being, ensuring a supportive work environment
    • Oversee incident response and post-incident investigations, participating in on-call rotations as necessary
    • Make strategic decisions to align with the long-term vision of our infrastructure
    • Maintain rigorous standards for code quality, infrastructure, and documentation
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features for our products
    • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of user documentation

    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated experience in leading technical software engineering teams
    • Proven track record in recruiting or assembling high-performing teams
    • Expertise in designing and leading scalable, high-efficiency systems
    • Familiarity with testing strategies and Continuous Integration/Deployment using DevOps principles
    • Experience with cloud-based application development, particularly AWS
    • Strong ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
    • Bonus: Experience in the risk domain, such as risk policy engines or fraud detection systems
