The Vacancy

Here's what you can expect to be doing:

Updating configuration across multiple systems for Helpdesk & Operations
Implement new fault types as per business & customer requirement
System Administration for Helpdesk, Operations & subcontractors
Store configuration for operations & subcontractors
Update and write processes in relation to all system changes
Problem solves, investigate job configuration errors
Support testing and reporting

Here's what we would like from you:

Experience within the FM industry is essential, knowledge of CAFAM systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team and effectively manage own workload
Administrative experience, including knowledge of Microsoft office packages
Excellent organisation and time management essential
Flexible and selfstarting
