I am working with a client based in Norfolk area who are looking to onboard a Property Surveyor to join their Maintenance team on an interim basis


Property SurveyorRequirements:

• Be experienced with stock condition surveys, disrepair and day to day repairs.
• Have prior experience working for a Local authority/Housing association working in a similar position.
• Be able to identify and act on structural defects.
