Description
As a sales and lettings negotiator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will be the first point of contact for all marketing and communication needs.

You will be the first point of contact for all marketing and communication needs from the client's property manager, marketing team, and leasing team.

Your job is to negotiate with the client to get them to agree to lease terms.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Presentation of properties for showing apartments and houses
  • Presentation of properties for lease negotiations
  • Presentation of properties for showing rentals to new and prospective tenants
  • Negotiating lease terms with prospective tenants
  • Keeping up to date with all real estate related news and information
  • Keeping up to date with all real estate related industry trends and opportunities
  • Keeping up to date with all marketing tools available (smart phones, internet, books etc.)
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn new skills and have a positive attitude. Someone who is eager to work in a fast-paced environment where results are key. Someone who is eager to learn new marketing techniques. Someone who is able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are always being met.

This position requires someone who has a strong work ethic, is a self-starter, and can put in the hours needed to get the job done.
