Property Inspector - Dundee, United Kingdom - Blue Arrow - Aberdeen

Our client is looking for a Property Inspector to join their team in Dundee. This role will include checking inventories; completing inspection of their rental properties and move out reports.
We are looking for someone with high accuracy; meticulous with details and focused on compliance.

The successful candidate will be working with contractors on various projects and therefore must be able to build positive relationships with all customers and colleagues.

Job Duties:

• Complete Property Inspections throughout Dundee
• Prepare and complete inventories and move out inspections of rental properties;
• Carry out spot checks as required by Property Manager
• To achieve KPIs around deadlines; profit and margin; company growth and volume;
• Identify immediate repairs required across the rental properties
• Identify and work in partnership with Contractors throughout Dundee

This is a temp role for 6 months. The hours of work will be Mon-Fri (although there may be occasional weekend and evening work dependant on rental needs)
