Personal Injury Solicitor (7-12 years PQE)

HJA are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Litigator with the ability to handle a mixed caseload of personal injury matters.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent litigator with good communication skills and be able to work in a team and as an individual.

An excellent track record in the field of personal injury litigation is essential along with experience of using all MOJ portals.

The caseload will consist of a mixture of EL and PL cases and some RTA cases, with an emphasis on Intermediate Track work with the opportunity to assist partners on Multi Track cases.

The candidate must have the ability to use a case management system to manage and prioritize a high caseload.

The right applicant will be committed to assisting us in providing an excellent service to our clients and will be an integral part of the team. They will also need to assist with business development and marketing initiatives.
