Company Details:
Well established firm of Accountants with a huge portfolio of clients across Asia.

This firm has retained a "family "feel in spite of its size and expertise and provides outsourced services for international clients with regards VAT, payroll, management accounting etc.

It's a lovely company to work for and has low staff-turnover rates. It is experiencing massive growth in the Asian business and is looking for a talented bilingual Accountant to support the expansion of the business and to also proactively build new client relationships

Duties:

Accounting duties_
Draft all management letters, finalising of accounts, letters of engagement
Giving advice to clients and identify new business development opportunities through networking, marketing and referrals
Monitor the work flow and allocate staff resources to each project
Deciding on a project timeframe for each project, informing the Audit staff about the client, their expectation and business model
Monitoring "chargeable time" and progress on a job
Prepare fee schedules and bills for review and approval
Explaining any extra charges, writeoffs, extra hours
Liaise internally with the Partner following a review of the audit
Develop new business _
Attend networking events
Proactively seek new clients, arrange introductory meetings
Develop existing contacts lists
Build a team: Staff management_
Build up the Asian client portfolio and take on new staff
Complete staff review forms after the end of each job identifying any new training needs
Complete sixmonthly appraisals and sign off training records
