    The Consultancy Group are currently partnering with a Big 4 Consulting business in search of a Finance Transformation Director with a specialised focus on Order to Cash processes. As a key member of their finance transformation practice, you will play a crucial role in leading and delivering high-impact Technology led OTC projects for their clients.

    £150,000 + Bonus

    Responsibilities:

    • to Cash Transformation: Lead and oversee end-to-end Order to Cash transformation initiatives for clients, ensuring the alignment of processes with industry best practices and client objectives.
    • Advisory: Provide strategic guidance to clients on optimizing Order to Cash processes, leveraging industry knowledge and best-in-class methodologies.
    • Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering tailored solutions to drive finance transformation.
    • Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    • Delivery: Manage the successful delivery of finance transformation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
    • Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to ensure the successful outcome of client engagements.
    • Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in finance transformation, contributing to the development of thought leadership materials and client insights.

    Requirements:

    • Qualified Accountant or equivalent
    • of 10 years of experience in finance transformation, with a focus on Order to Cash processes.
    • experience in OTC Trends and Technologies
    • track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale finance transformation projects within a consulting environment.
    • knowledge of Order to Cash processes, including credit management, invoicing, collections, and cash application.
    • understanding of finance systems, ERP solutions, and emerging technologies in the finance space.
    • communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships at various organisational levels.
    • leadership experience, including managing and mentoring teams.
