Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with database management for audience segmentation and targeting.
- Report on campaign performance and insights.
Additional Responsibilities
- Automation and personalisation: Set up marketing automation workflows and personalised customer journeys.
- Data management: Work with the data team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer data within SFMC, including list management, data segmentation, and synchronisation with CRM systems.
- Performance analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and analyse data to optimise campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
Key Skills
Technical Experience
- Comfortable with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HTML coding.
- Knowledge and experience of using the full Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
- A qualification in marketing is desirable, but not necessary.
Skills and Knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- An excellent eye for detail and good proofreading skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to use own initiative to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Prioritisation and delegation are key to manage multiple marketing outputs at once.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills. Able to prepare reporting information in Excel and PowerPoint, and tell the story of what the data is showing us.
- Selfmotivated, enthusiastic and a team player.
Team Overview
You will be joining a growing team of 80+ marketing professionals at an exciting moment in Savills 167 year history as we evolve as a Marketing team and brand to support the next chapter of the business's growth agenda under the leadership of Victoria Bennett, Head of Brand and Marketing.
You will be based out of our head office at Margaret Street in London between four and five days per week.
