Export Operator (Gateshead) - Up to £30,000 dependent upon experience
Work within a well-established, close-knit team.

Responsibilities:
- Obtaining rates from suppliers, calculating, and quoting to customers
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Using software to create all export paperwork
- Booking with airlines and shipping lines and UK collections
- Entering booking / vgm / customs information on supplier's website portals
- Tracking shipments and updating customers
- Completing export customs on Chief/CDS
- General customs awareness
- DG experience preferred but not necessary
- Raising Chamber of Commerce documents
- Excellent work ethic required
- Able to work efficiently in a busy export department
- Freight forwarding experience would be desirable
- Experience working within a logistics/shipping department
- Someone that is very punctual is essential
