We are a leading facilities management company based in Basingstoke, committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

As part of our dedicated team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our static site facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and improvement of fabric and building services across our static site in Basingstoke.

From ensuring compliance with health and safety standards to delivering efficient and effective solutions, you will contribute to the seamless operation of our facilities.

Conducting planned preventative maintenance tasks on fabric and building services equipment.
Undertaking minor installations and repairs as required.
Collaborating with colleagues and external contractors to deliver high-quality solutions.
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a facilities management environment.
Strong knowledge of fabric maintenance techniques and building services.
Relevant qualifications in fabric engineering or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3).
Full UK driving licence.
Competitive salary of £32,000 - £34,000 per annum.
