- Identify, recruit, and secure high-value strategic partners in priority regions (NA, LATAM, EU, MEA, APAC).
- Build relationships with major recruitment groups, contractor and freelancer platforms, HR tech ecosystems, payroll aggregators, and large job boards.
- Evaluate and prioritize partnership opportunities based on revenue potential, regional impact, and strategic fit.
- Lead account mapping and co-selling initiatives with strategic partners.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews and forecasting with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Drive high-ARR, multi-region opportunities through joint sales motions.
- Negotiate partnership terms, including regional agreements, exclusivity frameworks, and commercial structures.
- Ensure agreements are aligned with long-term revenue growth and market expansion objectives.
- Lead joint GTM initiatives, including co-marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and region-specific launch plans.
- Collaborate with Marketing to position Native Teams effectively within partner ecosystems.
- Support the execution of partner-led expansion strategies.
- Own the end-to-end relationship with strategic partners.
- Execute Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) focused on pipeline health, revenue contribution, and regional performance.
- Track and report partner performance against core metrics.
- Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships through exclusivity, increased commissions, or co-branded initiatives.
- Work closely with the Head of Partnerships to shape global partner strategy and roadmap.
- Provide regular reporting on partner pipeline, forecasts, and performance to leadership.
- Contribute insights to long-term expansion planning and partner portfolio optimiza.
- 5+ years in strategic partnerships, channel sales, alliances, or business development in B2B SaaS, HR tech, payroll, fintech, or workforce-related industries.
- Proven experience building and scaling partnerships that drive revenue.
- Skilled in co-selling, account mapping, and joint pipeline management with sales teams.
- Experience negotiating commercial terms and supporting international expansion.
- Strong commercial sense and revenue focus.
- Data-driven approach to evaluate partnerships and measure impact.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with senior executives.
- Comfortable leading negotiations and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and organized, able to manage a small portfolio of high-value partners.
