About you:

You're a hard-working individual with a can-do attitude who has strong experience in retail, especially with a young and trend-conscious customer base.

You'll pride yourself on managing and encouraging a team to do their best and are experienced in a target-driven environment.

A strong interest in fashion, streetwear and skateboarding is essential and you'll be eager to build a rapport with our customers and your new team.

About the role:
As the manager of our busy Bath store, you will be responsible for:Delivering unbeatable customer serviceDriving sales to meet targetsManaging and motivating your in-store teamOrganising and planning rotas whilst controlling staff costsRecruiting and training staffCashing up and bankingStore merchandising and brand presentationEnsuring compliance with health and safety legislationMaintaining your store's social media presenceCommunicating and liaising with other stores and head officeYou will need to work a 40 hour week (including weekends)
