Year 2Teacher responsibilities:
Planand deliver highquality lessons in line with the NationalCurriculum for Year 2
Assess and evaluatestudents regularly
Create a stimulating andengaging classroom environment
Monitorindividual student progress and provide feedback to parents andsenior staff
Attend staff meetings parentteacherconferences and other school events as required
Participate in professional development opportunities tocontinually improve teaching skills
Collaboratewith other teachers and support staff to ensure the best possibleoutcomes forstudents
Year 2Teacher requirements:
QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience inteaching Year 2 students in a UK Primary school
A strong understanding of the current National Curriculum for Year2
Ability to create a stimulating and activelearning environment
Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
Organisation andtimemanagement skills to ensure efficient lesson planning anddelivery
A commitment to ongoing professionaldevelopment
