    Up to £36,000 per annum (On-site accommodation provided) A well-established holiday park in Cumbria, renowned for providing memorable family holidays, are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join their dynamic team.

    The successful candidate will lead the kitchen team in delivering high-quality, delicious meals that exceed the expectations of guests, enhancing their holiday experience.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage the kitchen team, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Oversee stock control, ordering, and budget management to optimise profitability. Foster a positive working environment, promoting teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of food services across the holiday park.


    Requirements:
    Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar high-volume, fast-paced environment. Exceptional culinary skills, with a passion for delivering delicious, visually appealing dishes. Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in food hygiene. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
