You'll have a role that matters by developing and leading Savings products that meet our customers' needs and support the Group's strategic objectives.

The Role


As part of the Group's Savings Product team you'll lead the delivery of the Pricing, Forecasting and Data functions to optimise the balance sheet and profitability of our iconic brands: Lloyds, Bank of Scotland and Halifax, whilst working closely with Savings peers to lead the long-term commercial direction for the Savings business.


With your previous experience in P&L management, pricing and forecasting and strengths in analysis and insight generation you'll lead a team responsible for setting the commercial strategy in responding to and shaping the constantly evolving customer, competitor and regulatory environment.

You'll have the opportunity to provide key insight & analysis for the Executive Leadership team at regular forums and expand your network across the Group.

Key Questions

Do you have experience in P&L management including pricing and forecasting, and strengths in data analysis and insight generation? Can you bring experience of leading and delivering change in a sophisticated environment? Can you work closely and collaboratively across different business divisions with the ability to form relationships and influence partners at all levels to resolve problems?


What we'll need from you:

  • Knowledge of financial services and pricing methodologies, demonstrating clear understanding of customer, market, conduct, regulatory and competitor trends.
  • Ability to translate a customer strategy into a clear commercial strategy, setting stretching P&L goals and managing performance & leading major change to achieve these goals.
  • Strong and proven experience of managing multiple brands and associated product development.
  • Effectively collaborate and build relationships across other parts of the Group in completing initiatives and solving problems.
  • Demonstrated ability of managing risk effectively, take calculated risks and implement appropriate commercial mitigation strategies and a strong control environment.
  • Ability to balance short term and longer term goals, setting a clear direction that helps the function to achieve both.
