    TheResidential Home Manager is responsible for overseeing the dailyoperations and management of a residential care facility. This roleinvolves ensuring the wellbeing safety and quality of life forresidents as well as managing staff budgets and administrativetasks.

    The Residential Home Manager also plays a crucial role infostering a supportive and nurturing environment for residents andmaintaining compliance with regulatorystandards.

    Requirements

    Leadershipand Management:

    Provide strongleadership to the residential care team including hiring trainingsupervising and evaluatingstaff.
    Develop and implementpolicies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operationof the facility.
    Foster a positivework culture that promotes teamwork professionalism andresidentcenteredcare.


    ResidentCare:
    Oversee the delivery ofhighquality care and support services to residents in accordancewith their individual care plans andpreferences.
    Monitor residentshealth wellbeing and safety and coordinate with healthcareprofessionals asneeded.


    FacilityOperations:
    Manage daytodayoperations of the facility including maintenance housekeeping andmeal services to ensure a clean safe and comfortable environmentfor residents.
    Conduct regularinspections to identify any maintenance issues or safety concernsand coordinate repairs or improvements asnecessary.
    Maintain accuraterecords and documentation related to resident care staff schedulesbudgets and regulatorycompliance.


    FinancialManagement:
    Develop and manage thefacility budget including forecasting expenses monitoring revenueand controlling costs.
    Ensureproper billing and collection of fees from residents or theirfamilies in compliance with relevant regulations andpolicies.

    Leadership and Management:
    Provide strong leadership to theresidential care team, including hiring, training, supervising, andevaluating staff. Develop and implement policies and procedures toensure efficient and effective operation of the facility. Foster apositive work culture that promotes teamwork, professionalism, andresident-centered care.


    Resident Care:
