Description

• We are looking for an experienced Catering Assistant - Relief who wants to ensure we provide an excellent standard of food and service for our various sites between Reading to Staines.
• Food preparation: Assisting team with in food preparing and ensuring that food quality and presentation are up to standards.
• Drinks Preparation: Assisting in preparing & delivering hot & cold drinks as per the set company standards.
• Inventory management: Assisting in maintaining inventory levels of food and supplies, inform site manager in ordering as necessary, and monitoring food waste to ensure profitability.
• Compliance with regulations: Ensuring all the service is compliant with health and safety regulations, including food safety and health and safety
• Customer service: Ensuring that customers receive high-quality meals and addressing any customer concerns or complaints.
• Continuous improvement: Seeking out opportunities to improve service operations.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Leaving Cert level education or above
• NVQ qualification or equivalent
• Successful progressive background in catering
• Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service
• Flair and innovative with menus and food presentation
• Good listening skills
