    Our client is the UK market-leader in the construction of cycle storage facilities used in residential and commercial buildings. They have strong relationships formed with many of the top Architects and Main Contractors in the Construction sector have seen significant company growth in recent years, with exciting future prospects as the popularity of cycling and eco-friendly initiatives continues to rise.

    An opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic, ambitious company with offices in Chelsea

    The Role:

    The Sales Executive position is a diverse, hands-on opportunity for generating business from inbound leads as well as developing existing client relationships.

    Responsibilities:

    • Consulting with new customers to ascertain their current and potential requirement for cycle storage and end of trip facilities, based upon inbound sales enquiries.
    • Liaising with our in-house Marketing & Design departments to prepare a client specific proposal, to achieve best possible chance of conversion.
    • Maintain contact with, and develop lasting relationships with both new and existing clients
    • Handing over of project specific information to the Operations & Design teams, whilst keeping a keen eye on progress and maintaining direct communication with the clients.
    • Regularly following up quotations issued to understand any developments or potential change to requirements, to ensure best possible understanding of the client's needs.
    • Monitor status of existing projects with relevant supply chain to ensure contract specific programme dates are met, and clients happy.
    • Feedback client responses to Management regarding price, service, quality, and any issues encountered throughout the process.
    The Candidate:
    • Minimum 6 month internal B2B sales experience (either new business or account management)
    • Experience of the construction sector
    • Ability to commute to their Chelsea offices 5 days per week
    • Computer literate (including most MS packages)
    • Excellent organisational and communication skills
