- Consulting with new customers to ascertain their current and potential requirement for cycle storage and end of trip facilities, based upon inbound sales enquiries.
- Liaising with our in-house Marketing & Design departments to prepare a client specific proposal, to achieve best possible chance of conversion.
- Maintain contact with, and develop lasting relationships with both new and existing clients
- Handing over of project specific information to the Operations & Design teams, whilst keeping a keen eye on progress and maintaining direct communication with the clients.
- Regularly following up quotations issued to understand any developments or potential change to requirements, to ensure best possible understanding of the client's needs.
- Monitor status of existing projects with relevant supply chain to ensure contract specific programme dates are met, and clients happy.
- Feedback client responses to Management regarding price, service, quality, and any issues encountered throughout the process.
- Minimum 6 month internal B2B sales experience (either new business or account management)
- Experience of the construction sector
- Ability to commute to their Chelsea offices 5 days per week
- Computer literate (including most MS packages)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
