    Family Solicitor - Children's Panel Accredited
    Children Solicitor
    Location- Northamptonshire
    Type– Fulltime Permanent
    Salary – Competitive (Depending on Experience)

    We are hiring for a reputable law firm with a strong focus on family law, particularly in the area of children's issues.

    Currently, our care team comprises five dedicated children panel solicitors across our various offices. The office has a hybrid work setup to facilitate court engagements and client consultations.
    Job description
    As a Family Solicitor accredited by the Children's Panel, you will play a pivotal role in our team


    Key responsibilities include:
    clients in matters related to child welfare, custody, and guardianship.
    your accreditation by the Children's Panel to provide expert advice and advocacy.
    and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met effectively.
    a caseload independently while also collaborating with colleagues when necessary.
    proficiency in conducting advocacy and representing clients in court proceedings.
    the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions.


    Requirements:
    The ideal candidate will have:
    by the Children's Panel, demonstrating expertise in family law and child welfare matters.
    robust client base and a proven track record of successful case management and billing.
    to conduct advocacy independently and effectively.
    teamwork skills coupled with the capacity to manage a caseload autonomously.
    understanding of the Legal Aid Agency's guidelines and the Solicitors Regulation Authority's regulatory framework.
    communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients and colleagues alike.


    Education and Experience:
    Solicitor with accreditation by the Children's Panel.
    experience in family law, particularly in cases involving children.
    success in managing complex cases and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
    with relevant legal software and systems.
