Elementa have been appointed as recruitment partner for the school and are seeking to appoint an experienced, dedicated and talented professional who can demonstrate leadership skills across the school and model outstanding classroom practice across the school.
Along with our academic pathway, we also take care to support individual character formation and spiritual insight through the trusts ethos.
The school grounds offer a site of inspiring natural beauty. The main building was built in the 1600s, with established woodland surrounding the main campus area. The building was part of Halls of Residence for nearly 100 years before becoming a school.
The staff team at the School are passionate about the school and are relentlessly focused on improving the achievement and opportunities for all their students.

What will you do?
- Determine the strategic development of special educational needs (SEND) policy and provision in the school.
- Identify a pupil's SEND.
- Work with the principal and the Trust Inclusion Lead, to ensure the school meets its responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010 in terms of reasonable adjustments and access arrangements.
- Be responsible for daytoday operation of the SEND policy and coordination of specific provisions to support individual pupils with SEND (including EAL, or a disability)

- Displays commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children and young people
- Sound knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice
