    Due to our continued success and growing business demands we currently have a vacancy for a CIVIL ENGINEER who is looking to develop their career, working on a diverse portfolio of projects throughout the UK.

    This role will be based at our Head Office in Braintree, offering hybrid working once your induction is complete.

    As a CIVIL ENGINEER , you will be working on a range of structural engineering projects, from concept design through approvals to construction, preparing calculations and technical design information to deliver innovative structural engineering solutions, for both new-build and refurbishment projects.

    Liaising with the Project Engineer
    Supervising & assisting CAD Technicians
    Work closely on construction plans with clients, architects, and other professionals
    Develop design ideas using AutoCAD/Civil3D/InfoDrainage
    Attend project meetings in house or on site
    At least 5 years' post-graduation experience gained working on Residential, Commercial & Educational Developments
    Experience in reinforced concrete structures and drainage design would be desirable
    Hold accredited MEng or BEng degree in civil or structural engineering
    Associate-Members of the Institution of Civil Engineers would also be considered

    Hours:
    Monday - Friday, 8:30am – 5pm

    This role requires you to have a full clean driving licence, and will be subject to a DBS Enhanced check.
