We are currently seeking an individual to join this team in the role of Asset Servicing Client Service Associate
The primary purpose will be Working alongside Asset Servicing Operations Teams, the wider MSS Operations, Account Management and Client Executives, the key purpose of the role is to ensure that we deliver a service proposition that meets clients' requirements for exceptional service while also recognising and adapting to changing client requirements as automation and digitisation reduce reliance on operational dependencies and interaction day to day, and clients seek to extract additional, long term value from their service providers.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Single Point of contact for Asset Servicing transactional queries
- Production and Analysis of client query data
- Continuous Operational Improvement by working with stakeholders to improve client experience.
- Attendance to Asset Servicing service review meetings
- Supporting Client Onboarding activities, including RFPs
To be successful in this role you should meet the following:
- Relevant years of Asset Servicing Processing Experience
- Track record in establishing and maintaining client relationships.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing demands of the industry, clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrable track record as a team player with the capacity to positively contribute to department strategy.
- Fully proficient in understanding regulations that drive the securities services sector and in particular those that govern client services.
