    Our client is actively seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join their talented and passionate team.

    This opportunity is unparalleled for those looking to impact patient outcomes significantly and spread hope to families worldwide.

    The position offers a flexible hybrid working model. Three days are spent based in our client's Oxford office, and two days are spent working from home, providing an optimal balance of collaboration and flexibility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate key marketing messages to promote and differentiate products from competitors.
    • Work with the Director of Marketing and marketing agency vendors to define the marketing strategy.
    • Develop and manage an annual content and channel marketing plan that increases market share and revenue.
    • Create content and experiences for clinical and administrative customer education and activation.
    • Own responsibility for planning, managing, and reporting on multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
    • Manage and update the website, including content creation and updates to support the business.
    • Manage social media accounts to ensure consistent and timely messaging that increases engagement.
    • Produce promotional and educational videos for cross-channel distribution.
    • Devise and execute marketing and brand-building activities while ensuring brand consistency.

    Candidate Profile:

    • Demonstrated experience in marketing within the medical devices or life sciences sectors.
    • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
    • Expertise in leveraging marketing tools like Marketo, Hubspot, and Salesforce to drive success.
    • The capability to manage both strategic and hands-on tasks within a lean team.
    • Agile and adaptable to rapidly evolving business landscapes.
    • Team-oriented with a priority on efficient collaboration, excellent prioritisation skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Ability to commute to Oxford for three days per week.
