Dalgety Bay Care Home is looking to appoint a talented Deputy Manager on a permanent basis. (Non-clinical)

Our brand-new, premium care home will offer the very best in Nursing, Dementia, Residential & Respite care for 68-residents.

As Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our well-respected Home Manager the with day to day running of the service, whilst leading and guiding our highly trained team.

Non-Clinical Deputy Manager Contract

Salary up to £35,000 per annum.

The Candidate

Were looking for someone who holds an SVQ Level 4 in Leadership & Management. This would be ideally suited for a Senior Care Assistant or Team Leader looking to progress. Experience of medication auditing and administering, whilst a proven track record of successfully leading a team in the care sector.
