    Role :
    Multi- Skilled Engineer Hours : 42hrs (Continental Shift pattern) - See below

    Salary :
    £45k-50k DOE (plus shift allowance)

    We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our clients established team based in Aylesham. Our client is a manufacturer of thermoformed plastic packaging for use in the Fresh Produce and Food Service divisions.

    You will have a sound understanding of engineering fundamentals both electrical and mechanical and be responsible for developing and implementing long-term solutions by application of thorough root cause analysis

    Work on electrical installations up to 400V, process safety circuits, and electrical control circuits (PLC & VSD), following relevant health and safety standards
    Undertake planned maintenance tasks autonomously to maximise machinery up time and minimise disruption to production targets.
    Assist the Engineering Manager with creating and reviewing risk assessments, SOPs, OPLs, and Preventative Maintenance Schedules

    Formal Qualification in Engineering, NVQ level 3+ with significant experience in Electrical and Mechanical
    ~PLC Control systems
    ~ Knowledge of CAD

    This role we will be on a 5-week shift pattern requiring the individual to be available for the below shifts:
    Earlies (6am-2pm), Nights (10pm-6am), Lates (2pm-10pm), Days (8am-4pm) Days(8am-4pm)
