    This is a client-side role working with an established estate based near Milton Keynes.

    With a developed portfolio spanning across the residential, leisure and retail sectors, the business has found themselves inundated with work and as such are looking to expand their building surveying capacity through taking onboard chartered building surveyors.

    If you're an experienced building surveyor with either an MRICS or MCIOB chartership that would thrive in a smaller, more tight knit team then this could be a great fit for you.

    As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
    with the completion of the Refurbishment and conversion projects.
    surveys and inspections of buildings, identifying and diagnosing defects, and providing recommendations for repairs and maintenance.
    detailed reports on building condition, compliance, and maintenance requirements for clients.
    expert advice and guidance to clients on building regulations and legislation.
    and reviewing specifications and designs for building works.

    with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

    multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring that deadlines are met.

    least 5 years of experience in building surveying.
    technical knowledge and experience in building design, construction, and maintenance.
    in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
