    The Role

    As a L2 Desktop Engineer you will play a key role in setup computers and install software for various applications and programs .

    Key responsibilities:

    • Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management.
    • Grow clients and communicate to Account Manager by determining new opportunities.
    • Setup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections. Test computers to ensure proper functioning of computer systems.
    • Support the mobile devices for registering in BES or Intune environment. Extend computer support for systems software and hardware.
    • Train end users on usage of computer hardware and software.
    • Trouble shoot the hardware and replace the hardware components ex, Laptop keyboards, Ram.
    • Interact with staff on desktop problems and their resolution.
    • Network and connect computers within the organisation for better communication.
    • Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associated problems.
    • Maintain the devices inside the datacentres and resolve associated problems Deployment, manage roll back procedures and oversee deployment.
    • Participate when needed, the project meetings with the customer.

    Your Profile

    Key Skills/Knowledge/Experience

    • Prior experience in Desktop support and executive support.
    • Level 2 support experience in troubleshooting and fixing Audio Video equipment onsite.
    • Excellent knowledge on computer hardware.
    • Good knowledge on Desktop Operating systems.
    • Basic knowledge on network management and on Active Directory.
    • Sound Knowledge on Software deployment through various tools. Sound knowledge on Application packaging, deployment, and troubleshooting.
    • Strong troubleshooting, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience in troubleshooting and fixing audio video equipment.
    • Extensive experience in handling issues in Windows OS.
    • Willingness to improve technical knowledge and research new product capabilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
