ob purpose is as follows:

  • T
- o lead improvements in rough sleeping reduction across the Partnership area, ensuring consistency and continuity across all districts, complimenting the other rough sleeper projects in Lincolnshire.

T
- o promote tailored solutions/interventions to ensure rough sleeping issues are understood with the aim of preventing and reducing the number of people who find themselves roofless.

- o work closely with partners and stakeholders to understand local aspirations and reduce rough sleeping within the Partnership area. Recognising these may differ across the four partners.

- eview and develop procedures and plans for the team, recommending changes and improvements which deliver better outcomes for Change4Lincs clients.

- o have accountability for the Health and Safety, welfare, wellbeing, and overall management of all people resources associated with the project.

- nsure operational procedures and systems are fit for purpose, deliver value for money and good customer service

- nsure casework standards are in place and standards are regularly checked

- ssist management with the effective management of budgets

  • L
- ead, manage and motivate the team, completing regular case reviews and ensuring workload planning and relevant cover of the service is maintained, including year-end planning

- nsure all staff are trained on key policies and procedures and contribute towards ensuring performance against KPI's and taking any necessary action in order to achieve targets
