About The Role:

Overview:

As an Invoice Processing Assistant, you will be a key member within the Finance Team based in our head office reporting directly into the Financial Accountant.

You will be responsible for the daily processing and receipting of invoices, and the posting of these on to our internal accounting system; 4PS.

Key Role Deliverables:

Daily processing of invoices in line with the blu3 policies and processes and work to a standard of a minimum of 75 invoices per day
Upload invoices on to the blu3 internal accounting software 4PS, ensuring a high level of attention to detail.
Raise any queries with the relevant departments and liaise as required.
Any other reasonable requests as required by Management and support across the finance team.
It is expected that of your behaviours and day to day activities will be underpinned by the blu3 company core values.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

Educated to GCSE standard (or equivalent) with a minimum of a pass in Maths and English
Ability to use Microsoft packages with a focus on Microsoft Excel
High standard and ability of IT Skills
