Revenue Operations Analyst to join us here at 3S Money in London, one of the UK's fastest-growing FinTech scale-ups.

What you'll be doing

  • You will be part of the team responsible for the operational accountabilities for our three revenue generating teams globally
  • Actively participating in initiatives to improve our internal processes and procedures
  • Lead initiatives to develop, or enhance, system functionality and reporting
  • Ensure initiatives align with business goals and processes are maintained to meet service and quality standards
  • Define KPIs and analyse results on an ongoing basis to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Provide operational support as needed to the Global Operational team

A little bit about you

One of the following areas is expected:

  • Lean / Six Sigma Certification
  • Business Analysis Certification (e.g. BCS, IIBA CBAP)
  • Business Process Management Certification (e.g. AIIM BPM Certificate)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent combination of education and work experience in operations or business process improvement
  • Financial, banking and/or payment industry experience with progressively increasing responsibility would be advantageous
  • Advanced experience with Excel & PowerBI is a must
  • Confidence to influence and drive effective decisionmaking with internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Effective communicator as you'll be engaging with stakeholders across our 5 locations
  • Ability to perform successfully in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities and assignments concurrently
