Description
Purpose

To coordinate and assist with the activities of the Sales and EV Team
Duties will vary based on the daily needs of the sales and EV team; the primary focus
will be to maintain high levels of customer service and a friendly point-of-contact at all
times.


Responsibilities:


  • Send datasheets and initial customer responses
  • Send "off the shelf" quotations to new and existing customers, hand over all comms to the respective sales person
  • Prepare standardised documentation for upgrade quotes, once all data is available from internal team
  • Modify and send standardised quotations where a customer has requested a change to specification or quantity
  • Act as an "out of office" contact point for each of the team
  • Keep all pricing and machine specification data on the "shared drive" up to date.
  • Act as a focus point for key customers
  • Support the MBR process (monthly business review)
  • Provide Sales Director stats on orders and forecasts on a monthly basis
  • Ensure the sales order is handed over to Sales Admin
  • Ensure all CRM systems (Saleforce/Pipedrive) are updated by the sales team
  • To be the local system administrator for CRM systems and liaise with Central Support
  • Prepare and send sales documentation to new customers who enquire via the company's portal or website
  • Pass all enquiries to the relevant sales person
  • Prepare and send quotation documents or information packs as required
  • Amend and reissue previously issued quotations as required
  • Ensure all amendments are logged correctly on the company's CRM systems by the sales person
  • Assist the sales team with the preparation and issue of quotations for terminal upgrades
  • Ensure the sales team's "Google Drive" is regularly updated with new document issues, and older versions are archived accordingly
  • Become a contact point for customers when sales person is temporarily unavailable
  • Provide data for statistical analysis of activities to Sales/EV Directors
  • Generation of standardised quotations for sales managers for new and existing customers

EV Admin to include but not limited to:

  • Produce and distribute monthly EV charging utilisation reports to clients and relevant partners
  • Maintaining and updating the EV Asset Tracker
  • Support finance with EV charging invoicing
  • Produce and distribute monthly EV charging RFID usage reports to clients and relevant partners
  • EV Labels (produce, obtain quotes, order, invoice)
  • Management of 3rd Party EV Support Contracts, ie. Sremium, Viola Highways etc
  • Zapcharged Contract Management
  • Monitoring EV charging site survey request responses and send them to relevant partners

Participate:


  • Actively contribute to improve the quality of both products and services by working in accordance with internal and external quality standards conforming to ISO900
  • Make suggestions for improvements in sales administration processes.
  • Contribute to the customerfocused ethics of the Sales Team, ensuring clients are always met with a welcoming, positive attitude.
  • Observe HSE requirements as advised by the HSE Manager.
  • Contribute to interdepartmental communication in order to improve product quality and functionality and the creation of a team spirit within and outside the direct work sphere.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience of dealing with customer queries in a sales environment.
  • Commercially aware with a good understanding of the sales cycle and
associate processes.

  • Experience of working within a team environment and alone
  • Computer literate.
  • Strong administration skills/organisational ability
  • Significant knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Google and Google mail (advantageous)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident but friendly manner, happy to ask questions.
