    Year 3 Class Teacher - Fixed Term Contract

    Contract Type:
    Fixed Term Contract until July 2024

    Our school, located in Derby, is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team on a fixed term basis.

    Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage, challenge, and inspire pupils in lower Key Stage 2, aligned with the National Curriculum.

    Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued, supported, and motivated to achieve their full potential.

    Utilise assessment data to track pupil progress, provide targeted support, and ensure all learners make excellent academic and personal development.

    Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support the holistic development of pupils.
    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching Key Stage 2.
    A thorough understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching methodologies to meet the diverse needs of learners.

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

    A passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.

    This position is a full-time role, commencing in April 2024 and concluding in July 2024, on a fixed term contract.
