King's College London are looking for self-motivated individuals with a keen interest in audio and video technology and system design to join our dedicated AV Solutions team, helping us to create and deliver a world-class in-room experience for staff, students and visitors.

Drawing Analysis:
Reviewing CAD drawings, making observations and comments to ensure systems are viable in real-world settings
Participation in team discussions and technical analysis with expectations to make SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) contributions
Learning System Integration, AV Functionality, and Limitations (design): There will be formal learning sessions on system integration, detailing AV functionality and identifying its limitations
Drawing 2D CAD Blocks for Components: this will involve research into the units, finding resources like pictures, PDFs, or existing CAD drawings to create accurate block diagrams
Drawing 3D Sketchup Elevations and Components
Room Surveying and
Quality Testing:
practical fieldwork, measuring acoustics properties and evaluating video quality in real environments
Documentation Production for
End Users:
creating manuals and guides to ensure end-users can effectively operate and maintain AV systems
