Job Description:


Terex Recycling Systems will specialize in the design and build of stationary and modular recycling systems to provide customers with a "one stop shop" to meet their recycling needs.

The new business unit will complement Terex's existing environmental lines:

Terex Ecotec (mobile wood processing, biomass and recycling equipment) and CBI (horizontal grinders, industrial chippers, flail de-barkers), incorporating existing world-leading material conveying, screening, shredding and sorting technology along with its team's knowledge, experience and skills to deliver the right solutions so that customers can maximize recovery from waste and in doing so divert it from landfill.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Generate pricing and proposal documents for the sales team, ensuring accuracy throughout
  • Support distributors with additional information for project pricing and tender bid creation
  • Work with the sales and engineering teams to identify and analyse opportunities for cost reduction to maximise the sales conversion rate
  • Develop tools & processes for efficient and accurate project pricing
  • Coordinate sales from order to delivery
  • Input orders into system to ensure orders are processed inline with delivery requirements
  • Order form formulation, manipulation, design, update and margin maintenance
  • Sales reporting
  • Any other duties as assigned

Experience & Qualifications:

Essential:

  • 3 Alevels or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in a costing, pricing or engineering role
  • Ability to develop a commercial proposal to a complex technical solution
  • Extensive experience using MS office, especially Excel & Word

Desirable:

  • Degree in accounting / business / finance / engineering
  • Previous exposure to engineering, manufacturing & factory environments
