    Company – Leading Play Equipment SpecialistJob Title – Field Sales ManagerLocation – NationwideSalary - £40k basic plus commissionWe have a exciting new opportunity for an Field Sales Manager to attract new clients through personal outbound sales activity and contact with inbound enquiries, conduct surveys, prepare proposals and win new accounts.

    The successful candidate will maximize profitability within a designated sales territory, working prospects through the entire sales cycle, including developing new leads, educating prospects, transforming them into long-term customers.

    Key Duties * Promote and manage sales activities with new and existing customers in the assigned territory * Establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline * Maintain accurate CRM data * Gain a clear understanding of our customers' requirements and their future project plans * Carry out site surveys for clients, supported by completed fact finds, videos, photographs, measurements, and supplementary information * Work in conjunction with our internal teams in creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process * Correctly process deals through the company system * Close new deals at a high rate * Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis * Manage multiple accounts simultaneously * Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts * Prepare and submit quotes that meet the company guidelines * Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions * Educate customers on how products or services can benefit their organisation * Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions
