You will be joining the UK's leader in their field and a company who are committed to excellence, delivering high-quality products/services while maintaining a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
As the Process Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and optimising production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
You will be supervising a team of Process Operators, coordinating work flow, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day production activities, including monitoring work flow, assigning tasks, and ensuring adherence to production schedules
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
Continuously monitor process performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve operational goals.
Lead, mentor, and motivate process team members
Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and CIP activities.
Participate in regular meetings to provide updates on production performance, discuss challenges, and propose solutions
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
The hours of work are flexible either working a 5 day week 8am - 5pm for instance or you can work 4 10 hour shifts from Monday to Thursday.
