- degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field

- proven experience in package management

The Package Engineer Role
A key member of the project team, reporting to the Chief Engineer, you will oversee the design, coordination, and management of various subcontractors spanning different trades.
The role involves liaising extensively with internal departments and external partners including Architects, Engineers, Construction Workers, Subcontractors, Client agents, Clerk of Works, and Site Staff. You will ensure that SRM meets its obligations to subcontractors and manage their work effectively.
You will also be responsible for organizing and leading regular site progress meetings with subcontractors to ensure smooth progress, quality, and safety, and keep the Chief Engineer and Project Manager/Project Director informed on all matters.
Your Profile
Your primary focus will be on Piling, Prelims, and Groundworks.
