    Finance Business Partner - £65,000 - £75, % Bonus - 2 days in office

    We Do Group are excited to be working exclusively with a global, research, insights and events business in central London to hire a very commercial Finance Business Partner.

    As the Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for owning the preparation and submission of forecast & budget, analysis of monthly results & key trends and provide senior management with clear insights and recommendations into drivers of business growth, market trends, risks and opportunities.

    This role will support the Head of FP&A and the Finance Director, as well as key stakeholders in the business including the Head of the Operations.

    The Role:

    • Provide senior management with clear insights and recommendations into drivers of business growth, market trends, risks, and opportunities
    • Own the forecast and budget process for revenue, costs and headcount, and including submission into the ERP system.
    • Analyse financial results and key performance metrics on a periodic basis to support decision making and deliver on revenue and profit targets.
    • Improve process on time and cost tracking to enable the business to understand the profitability of contracts better.
    • Evaluate and inform the monthly assessment of risks and opportunities.
    • Supporting senior management and budget holders in strategic/commercial decision making by providing accurate and timely financial information, "what-if" scenario planning, analysis, and commentary.
    • Overseeing the monthly financial forecasting and reporting exercises providing robust analysis, challenge, and accurate reporting.
    • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the business and own reporting and analysis to track performance.
    • Develop and implement ongoing improvements in data and processes to support analysis and business decision making
    • Work with the business and Controlling team to drive process improvements and data quality enhancements to project tracking tools
    • Ad - hoc operational support to senior management team.

    Your Experience:

    • Fully Qualified - CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA or equivalent
    • At least 2 years experience working as a business partner / analyst in a commercial environment
    • Ability to interact with, advise and challenge senior leadership
    • Ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
    • Strategic thinking & problem solving abilities.
    • Strong organisational skills to deliver against tight deadlines.
    • Experience with ERP and reporting systems.
    • Able to analyse profitability of projects including resource time spent on projects

    Salary & benefits:

    £65,000 - £75,000, 15% Bonus, 11% Pension, Private Medial, 25 days AL + Bank Holidays, 2 days in office, flexi start and finish times.
