    Our client is a well-established busy, providing engineers within the service sector.

    This Hemel Hempstead based family run company are looking for an Experienced office administration to work Mon-Fri 8.Email, phone enquires, external companies, updating bookings on the systems, finalising quotes on the systems, sending out invoices, able to follow instructions, guidelines, PO numbers, filing post and day to day office administration duties.

    Arranging logistics of apprentices getting to sites in morning & on way home
    Preparing estimate requests and CCTV surver reports
    Preparing monthly on-call rota for engineers and trainees

    At least 2 years office admin experience, strong communication skills, strong IT skills able to pick up systems and process, motivated and team player.

    Salary is all based on experience, 25k to 30k, 28 days holiday including bank holiday, training and support, development and onsite parking
