Building Surveyor
My client is looking for a skilled and committed Building Surveyor to join their consultancy in the North-West. As a Building Surveyor you will be visiting construction projects and reporting to the directors.

Acquisition and Disposal Surveys
Reinstatement Cost Assessments
Conservation
Licence for Alterations
Dispute Avoidance & Resolution
Planned Maintenance

The Person The qualities we are looking for in a

Building Surveyor:
Must hold a degree level qualification within a RICS accredited degree course or equivalent conversion qualification.
Experience in handling a diverse range of projects, including insurance work in residential and commercial sectors.
Knowledge of sector related Health and Safety and statutory compliance including HHSRS.
Knowledge of Planning and Building Regulations.
Exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong communication and leadership skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
Excellent technical knowledge and a keen eye for detail
