Main Responsibilities

The main aim of the

Customer Services Officer is to ensure that

Encirc Ltd provide first class support and service to our customers and promote the voice of the customer inside the company.


Key Accountabilities:


  • To arrange regular service visits to our customers.
  • Monitor Encirc/Vidrala glass performance on customer filling lines.
  • Support the Technical Team with new product developments.
  • Investigation and closure of customer concerns and complaints in line with target response times.
  • Attend quality and service review meetings at customer sites.
  • Provide the glass plant quality teams with customer information required to enable them to carry out complaint investigations.
  • Assist with arrangements for customer visits to the glass plant.
  • Provide holiday cover within the department.
  • Provide emergency out of hours service.
  • Ensure all work is carried out is in accordance with Encirc Ltd Health & Safety operational procedures.
  • The Customer Services Officer (CSO) is charged with providing technical support therefore will require an appropriate level of
    glass technical knowledge.

Knowledge of glass container specifications and/or filling line technical requirements and be able to demonstrate strong communication skills with customers and within our business.
-
Process/Engineering knowledge of Filling lines would be a major benefit.

  • The CSO will require the skills to supervise and support agency staff.
  • General knowledge of the Technical & Performance characteristics of glass containers
  • General knowledge of filling lines, preferably for glass containers.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and to educate & influence others
