- It is essential that the successful candidate has Knowledge of the Ofsted Regulations and they have 3 years of experience working with Children or Young People within a residential environment and this must include 2 years at a senior level.
- Its required they have a minimum of a Level 4 Diploma in Children's Residential Services or working towards and have experience in supervising staff, attending formal meetings and preparing formal reports. They must have the ability to participate in on-call rotas and take out-of-hours calls as requirement.
- A Full UK Driving License is required.
- Note this is a working role and will require you to be on shift with a sleep-in duty.

- Devising staff rota's and managing staff cover when needed.
- Preparing and coordinating care plans and risk assessments.
- Chairing staff meetings.
- Holding staff supervisions and appraisals.
- Take on support shifts when required.
