Our client is looking for a BREEAM Consultant to join their multi-disciplinary Engineering and Environmental Consultancy. Commercial, Retail, Education, Defence, Healthcare, Industrial, Transport, Sport, and many more.
Excellent analytical and report writing skills
Computer Literate
Residential, Commercial, Defence, Healthcare etc (Desirable)
Undertake & Lead BREEAM Assessments from feasibility stage through to project completion
Advise clients and the project team on BREEAM scores and credit compliance requirements
Liaise with clients, design team and contractors
Aid in preparation, monitor, and report of project cost and budgets
Support junior members of the team
