Responsibilities:

Asa Cost Draftsman your responsibilities willinclude:

Cost Drafting: Prepare bills of costs claims and other relevantdocuments in accordance with legal guidelines andprocedures.

Cost Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of costshandle negotiations and resolve disputes whennecessary.

3.


Legal Compliance: Stay abreast of changes in legislation andcase law affecting cost drafting and ensure compliance with legalstandards.

4.


Billing Process: Oversee the endtoend billing process ensuringaccuracy and adherence to relevantregulations.

5.


Communication: Collaborate with clients solicitors and otherstakeholders to collect information and provide updates oncostrelatedmatters.

6.


Record Management: Maintain meticulous records of allcostrelated activities ensuring organization andaccessibility.

7.


Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in working on a varietyof cases andprojects.


Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CostDraftsman.
• Proficient in legalsoftware and tools.
• Thoroughunderstanding of legal regulations related to costdrafting.
• Strong attention todetail and organizationalskills.
• Effective communicationand negotiation abilities.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within ateam.
• Legal qualifications orcertifications will beadvantageous.
